How I research the letter
Nature Wolf stories are written from research rather than copied summaries. I start with the subject itself, then work outward through primary sources and trusted institutions such as scientific agencies, universities, peer-reviewed research, conservation organizations, and direct reporting when it is relevant.
I try to separate what the evidence shows from interpretation, context, and reflection. When a number, behavior, conservation status, weather event, or biological claim matters to the story, the goal is to trace it back to a credible source.
Editorial standards & corrections
The Nature Wolf is an independent wildlife publication. It is not a scientific journal, government agency, or conservation organization, and I do not present myself as a biologist or field scientist. My job here is to research carefully, explain clearly, and show readers where the underlying information comes from.
Corrections
If a published Nature Wolf story contains a meaningful factual error, I correct the web version rather than leave the mistake in place. If the change materially affects the meaning of the story, I also update the context around it so readers are not left with an outdated conclusion.
Advertising and sponsors
When a letter contains a paid promotion, sponsor, referral, or advertisement, that commercial material is kept separate from the editorial wildlife reporting. A sponsor does not determine the conclusions of a Nature Wolf story.
