📦 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take longer. Any significant delays will be communicated by email.
🌍 Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship to customers in the United States and selected international countries. Shipping options and rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic (U.S.) orders: Usually arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

International orders: Transit times vary depending on destination and customs processing. Delivery may take 7–21 business days.
Please note: Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply to international orders. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the checkout price.
🚚 Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped through major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) depending on destination and best available rate.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes outside the U.S.

Some countries may restrict the import of certain items. If an order cannot be delivered due to customs restrictions, it will be returned to us and refunded minus shipping costs.

TheNatureWolf.com is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control (such as severe weather or strikes). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
